For a Global Grassroots Alliance Against World Tyranny

It should come as no surprise that successful liberty-oriented movements have historically sprung from fertile intellectual ground. 

It is well documented but often undiscussed fact that the War for American independence from Great Britian was fostered by a thriving intellectual discourse through pamphlets and leaflets.

The printing press, then a relatively new technology, allowed regular people to write and print their own leaflets. 

For nearly the first time, almost anyone was able to disseminate their ideas to a large number of people. This resulted in a large public discussion about the nature of human rights and liberties. 

The advent of the internet created a similar revolution where regular folks can not only publish their thoughts and ideas to a large number of people, they can also meet and network with them. 

This ability naturally threatens those who seek to control speech and thought. 

During the global COVID19 panic, governments and their corporate owners have sought to restrict online speech on an level yet unseen. 

While some alternative social media platforms have come forward, their mass adoption is still overshadowed by tech giants Twitter, Facebook ("Meta"), Instagram, and tiktok, etc.  

Furthermore, media platforms that have been created by freedom advocates have failed to connect like minded users across continents.  

Now more than ever, as the world is gripped in the jaws of global tyranny, it is of vital importance than global freedom advocates connect and coordinate. 

With a potential user base and programming ties that span from Europe to East Asia to North America, Serey.io is putting the infrastructure in place for a free speech community for freedom advocates to network across continents. 

I am excited to help foster this project and community to coordinate a global movement against world tyranny.
